At Nuveoco, we work hard to deliver your order as fast as possible while ensuring safe shipping.

1. Processing Time All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

2. Estimated Delivery Times Our standard delivery times are currently 5 to 10 business days for the United States. Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or due to customs processing.

3. Order Tracking Every order includes a tracking number. We will automatically send it to you by email at the time of shipment, allowing you to track your package in real time.

4. Shipping Fees To celebrate the launch of our new collection, standard shipping is free storewide with no minimum purchase required.

5. International Delivery We ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the laws of their country.
